My interpretation using miniVIDAS rating:

• LH surge at 1.5 to 3.5
• Ovulation (8.0 - 11.0) begins 48 - 72 hours post LH surge
• Natural breedings should begin 48 hours after Ovulation (15.0 - 20.5)
• That is 4 days after LH surge you can do a natural or chilled semen breeding
• Natural breeding can continue until (40.0)
• Frozen semen surgical implants should be done between 35.0 - 40.0
• or Frozen semen is used 5 days post LH surge
• or Frozen semen is used 60 hours post ovulation
• Eggs are fertilized 48 - 72 hours after ovulation
